
The Sunshine Coast is an easy one hour drive north of Queensland’s capital City - Brisbane and stretches north to encompass the coastal communities of Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Coolum, Noosa, Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay. The hinterland region to the west includes the Glass House Mountains, Blackall Range, Noosa Hinterland and Mary Valley.
Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) services the Sunshine Coast with regular daily jet services from Sydney and Melbourne using Tiger Airways, JetStar and Virgin Blue Airlines.
Brisbane Airport (BNE) is the International gateway to Queensland welcoming more than 300 flights daily. The domestic and International terminals are closely located to each other, facilitating hassle free transfers.
Highway, the main road north to the Sunshine Coast, is easily accessed from Brisbane domestic and International air terminals. All major car rental companies are represented at the airport together with taxi, coach, private car and rail transfers.
